About The RoleThe Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.Location & Compensation:8791- M&T - Eden Park, Lancaster, PA.: Flat pay rate of $15.00 wages & $10.00 non- taxable transportation per clean. Site is cleaned 5 nights per week, Mondays -Fridays, 1 hour work, between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM, (NO SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED)Minimum QualificationsMust be authorized to work in the United StatesHigh school diploma or equivalent.Reliable TransportationPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.Responsibilities Can Include But Are Not Limited ToPerform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas.DustingGlass CleaningEmpty TrashRestocking Paper ProductsConduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift 10+ pounds regularlyBend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of timeClimb stairsSkills: The required skills for this position, such as janitorial duties and floor care, are essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
