What You'll Do:Greet and assist patients, answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries in person and via electronic systemsRegister new patients, update demographics, and maintain accurate and confidential patient recordsSchedule, cancel, and adjust dental appointments in accordance with clinic guidelinesVerify insurance eligibility, collect required documentation, and assist patients with insurance - related questionsPerform front - office billing activities, including collecting payments, posting charges, and daily cash reconciliationSupport patient care by managing referrals, recalls, treatment plan estimates, and upfront fee collectionPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDOne year's experience in a clinic, optometry or dental office preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at a level 9Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast - paced environment with frequent interruptionsBasic proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer serviceBasic knowledge of medical or dental terminology Our Mission Statement "Together we transform our communities through compassionate, individualized care, eliminating barriers to health and well-being."
