This is a fast fun environment where you will be challenged and brought to the next level.Looking for an Interior Architect or Interior Designer to join our team.Must be self-starter, can do attitude.Having worked specifically as an Interior Designer or Interior Architect or Architect in both commercial and residential for 4+ years.Ability to build concept boards &CAD floorplans easily.Proficient in tracking, managing overseeing all projects from start to finish, tracking projects, managing clients, measuring full houses, tracking receivables, inventory, scheduling.Demonstrated knowledge of the design process, products and materialsPassionate about design, curious about art, and always willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and clientsSkilled knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar, 3D is an asset), Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup (Asana and Designfiles proficiency is a plus) Or similarAbility to read and communicate working/construction drawingsDeep understanding of both residential and commercial project. Ability to run projects on your own.Ability to manage multiple projects (with multiple moving parts, sooo many moving parts!)Must demonstrate strong space planning and styling skillsStrong attention to detail (and we mean STRONG!)Exceptional organizational and communication skills (with clients, vendors and trades)Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties with little supervisionAbility to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environmentStrong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude. Willingness to oversee junior designers.Kitchen, bath, & residential & commercial design knowledge preferredA resume and portfolio demonstrating concept boards, floorplan & elevation skills are required.
