Details below: Ideal candidates have experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structuring and documenting CLO and related structured credit deals. Youll work on cross-border transactions and liaise with colleagues in London and other offices. The firms integrated international platform and an acclaimed European structured finance practice ensure youre part of a truly global team, advising clients across jurisdictions. You can expect strong mentorship, direct client contact, leanly staffed matters, and autonomy working closely with one of the industrys leading practitioners.
