This position is hands-on technical customer support for Shrink Bags / PVDC, working cross-functionally with Quality, Production, and Sales to meet customer needs . Experience with shrink bag films and equipment in the protein segment is required. What you will do: Provide on-site technical support at customer facilitiesTroubleshoot equipment and product issuesConduct customer training sessions and technical demonstrationsIdentify and recommend product and process improvementsSupport new product launches and customer development initiativesSchedule and coordinate customer visits and service activitiesThis position can be REMOTE with 25-50% TRAVELSkills needed for success: Strong technical and mechanical background to support shrink bags in protein marketKnowledge of product insertion, vacuum, sealing, and shrinkHands-on experience with equipment: vacuum packagers, clipping machines, and shrink tunnelsKnowledge of temperature, time, vacuum, and handlingAbility to travelStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based environmentDegree in EngineeringAt least 2 years experienceWhy you should work with us!
