This role manages scheduling, supports service education and sales, and ensures smooth daily operations in a performance-driven environment. Receptionists are accountable for maintaining SEV's service standards, supporting clinic goals, and contributing positively to the team culture.Becoming a Team Member: Our Front Desk Receptionists are very passionate about the beauty industry as passion is contagious! If beauty and customer relations are your passion, then this will be a great fit!Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk OperationsWarmly greet every client entering and exiting the clinicManage check-in, check-out, and payment processesProvide accurate information about treatments, packages, retail, and promotionsAddress client questions professionally and courteouslyMaintain confidentiality and uphold SEV service standardsSales & Service PromotionActively promote services, memberships, and retail productsIdentify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or upgradesSupport clinic sales goals through product knowledge and engagementMaintain up-to-date familiarity with pricing and promotionsScheduling & Administrative SupportAccurately book, modify, and cancel appointmentsAnswer phone calls with elevated phone etiquetteRespond to emails and voicemails promptlyUtilize booking and client-management systems efficientlySupport scheduling flow and operational updatesOffice & Treatment Room SupportOpen and close clinic per Standard Operating ProceduresMaintain a clean, stocked, organized front desk and lobbyAssist with transitional cleaning of treatment rooms as neededMonitor inventory and notify management when supplies run lowTraining & Team SupportParticipate in required service and sales trainingModel SEV service standards and professionalismSupport onboarding of new team membersContribute positively to team cultureSkills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred.A positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.Comfortable using computer systems and booking platformsReliable, punctual, and consistent attendanceAbility to work independentlyWeekend availability requiredWorking Conditions: Fast-paced, client-facing environmentStanding for extended periodsFrequent interaction with clients and team membersExposure to office equipment and cleaning suppliesScheduling Requirements: Must be available to work up to 3 days per week including weekendsMust be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.Perks & Benefits: Position pays a competitive hourly rate + Commission SalesSick Pay401(k) Plan Eligible ImmediatelyEmployee Discounts on SEV Laser ServicesSupportive Leadership & Real Growth Opportunities as We Scale
