Job OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished SharePoint and Power Apps Developer to become a vital member of our growing team. Please be advised that candidates must be U.S. Citizens and capable of acquiring and sustaining a government suitability clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement customized SharePoint solutions, including applications, workflows, forms, lists, libraries, and web parts.Utilize Power Platform tools to create business applications and automate processes, enhancing SharePoint’s capabilities and integration.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to capture requirements and convert business needs into technical specifications, delivering tailored solutions.Architect SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with a focus on information structure, site architecture, security measures, and data integrations.Conduct routine system maintenance, oversee service requests, manage user permissions, and ensure optimal performance and security of the systems.Integrate SharePoint with external systems and data sources to maintain data consistency and integrity.Develop custom code, scripts, and workflows using languages such as C#, JavaScript, and PowerShell to enhance the functionality of SharePoint and the Power Platform.Provide ongoing technical support to end-users, troubleshoot various issues, and conduct training sessions to facilitate effective usage of solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project execution.Implement security policies and governance aligned with client specifications.Required SkillsProficiency in MS SharePoint Online, MS Power Apps, and MS Power Automate.Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience in creating static web pages.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with a collaborative approach.Detail-oriented mindset focused on quality and precision.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a relevant field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development.At least 3 years of experience in application development using Power Apps.Minimum of 3 years of experience in process automation using Power Automate.Career Growth OpportunitiesThis role offers the chance to engage with significant projects that will refine your expertise in SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.
