Payroll Tax Analyst

Job Summary:Key Skills Required:Payroll tax reconciliation & filings across multiple entities (5+ company codes) and all U.S. states incl. Puerto RicoExperience handling tax notices with agencies & ADPExposure to M&A environmentsStrong expertise in ADP or WorkdayPeriodic, quarterly & annual tax filingsRole Overview: Lead end-to-end payroll tax operations for the U.S. & Puerto Rico, ensuring accurate payments, filings, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Partner cross-functionally to improve processes, resolve issues, and maintain audit readiness.Key Responsibilities:Ensure timely payroll tax deposits, filings, and compliancePerform tax reconciliations (monthly, quarterly, annual)Manage tax notices, amendments, and auditsCollaborate with ADP and internal teams on tax setup (FEIN, SUI, etc.)Support year-end payroll activities and RSU vestingDrive process improvements and automation initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or TaxStrong payroll tax experience across U.S. & Puerto RicoHands-on with Workday Payroll & ADP integrationsAdvanced Excel and analytical skillsCPP certification preferredStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsEEO:“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
