Also, requires experience working directly for a General Contractor or Similar.Comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. Excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Similar experience with the following responsibilities is required.Recruiting Champion - Work alongside our recruiting team to keep track of potential candidates, coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and manage our recruiting database.Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsReview resumes and conduct screenings and interviews via phone or in-personServe as contact person for questions from candidatesManage candidate database Support on-boarding and growth and development processesQualificationsExperience in the AEC industry Effective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-energy and passionABOUT THE TEAMCHASSE Building Team is an award-winning general contractor with of?ces in Tempe and Tucson, Arizona.
