Event CoordinatorThe Albion Summit is seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team!by Landmark is a leader in the hospitality industry, that owns and operates unique and iconic venues such as the Liberty House, Hudson House, Stone House at Stirling Ridge, and the Ryland Inn in New Jersey as well as Hotel Du Village and the Logan Inn in Pennsylvania. Landmark Hospitality specializes in upscale restaurants, event spaces, and boutique hotels is growing and has exciting opportunities available for the right individuals.We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, passionate Event Coordinator for The Albion Summit hotel. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Assist Sales Manager with all clerical and operational issues.Work with clients when the sales team requires assistanceMaintain accounts, contacts, activity, and business details within the appropriate software applicationsCreate and maintain menu packets and Thank You gifts for appointmentsAssist the Sales Team wherever necessary including taking appointments, handling check-ins, and booking partiesWork with event vendorsEvent Coordinator skills:Associates or bachelor's degreeMinimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality, events, or a similar fieldExcellent verbal and written communication skillsTech SavvyAbility to multitaskThis is a great entry-level position for someone with a hospitality drive and a passion to move into event sales!Job Type: Full-timePay Type: HourlyBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discountSchedule:Night shiftWeekend availability
