The person in this role must be able to follow directions well and work independently. The Senior Program Manager will assist the Executive Leadership in managing, overseeing, and directing planned and ongoing projects to ensure efficient operations.Must be a US CitizenClearance Required:  Yes – Obtain a Public Trust*This is an onsite position.*Responsibilities:Manage the schedule for preparing the Director’s Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) briefing book  Establishing and maintaining a specific schedule for collecting agency performance measure data and strategic project updates from 16 divisions through a SharePoint-based applicationCoordinate with the Office of the Director to schedule Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR) briefings and provide administrative, technical, and presentation support in the officeAssist USMS Divisions with brainstorming and developing milestones for strategic projects across multiple disciplinesManage the OSI intranet site.
