Account Manager (340B Programs)Location: 100% RemoteJob Type: Full TimeReports to: Director of OperationsSalary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 base salary + discretionary bonusThe HT Group has partnered with a growing techology firm supporting the pharmacy/speciality pharmacy space in the search for an experienced Account Manager with 340B program experience. This individual will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. This role focuses on troubleshooting issues, providing software and program guidance, performing strategic analysis, and delivering proactive communication to support long-term account success. A strong emphasis is placed on responsiveness, relationship management, and customer-focused problem solving.Essential FunctionsAccount Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accountsConduct regular meetings and engagements to review program performance and objectivesAccount RepresentationServe as the primary point of contact for account communications, including written correspondence, virtual meetings, and ticket coordinationStrategic PlanningDevelop and implement plans aligned with account goals to support program growth and successData AnalysisAnalyze program data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvementCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of services and aligned communicationAccount EducationProvide education and guidance on internal platforms, tools, and operational processesIssue ResolutionAddress concerns efficiently to support satisfaction and retentionMarket & Regulatory AwarenessStay informed on industry trends and regulatory updates related to the 340B programRisk ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks to support program integrity and organizational interestsQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree requiredExperience2+ years of experience in 340B administration or account managementStrong understanding of the 340B program and operations2+ years of experience in a direct, client-facing role providing one-on-one support340B ACE certification preferredRequired SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skillsExperience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)High attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a teamCustomer-focused, service-oriented mindset
