Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lafayette, IN, for an Owner Representative and Inspector. The individual in this role will be responsible for serving as a key liaison between clients and project teams. Primary responsibilities include overseeing construction quality, monitoring project schedules, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections, and reporting progress to stakeholders. Additionally, the Owner Representative and Inspector will handle coordination efforts among various teams to ensure project objectives are met effectively and efficiently. Qualifications Experience with construction oversight and inspection, including attention to detail and adherence to quality standardsKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirementsStrong project management skills, including schedule monitoring and stakeholder communicationProblem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environmentsProficiency with relevant software and construction management toolsEffective verbal and written communication, with the ability to liaise between technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersBackground in construction management, engineering, or a related field is highly desirableProfessional certifications, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or OSHA safety certifications, are a plus
