Vehicle Recovery & Collections Specialist 📍 Oklahoma City, OK (100% Onsite) 🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 💲 $20/hour + completion bonus ⏳ 90-day contract (potential to extend)About the Role: Robert Half is hiring a Vehicle Recovery & Collections Specialist to join a high-performing rental operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, tracking down solutions, and taking ownership of accounts from start to finish. You’ll play a key role in resolving overdue rentals, locating vehicles, and driving accounts toward resolution while balancing customer communication and internal coordination.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership of overdue rental accounts, driving them through resolution efficiently and within guidelinesTrack and document vehicle locations, account activity, and all communication across internal systemsUse research and outreach strategies to locate renters and move accounts forwardCommunicate confidently with customers across multiple channels (phone, text, email, written notice)Prepare and transition accounts through the theft escalation process with accuracy and attention to detailPartner cross-functionally with branch teams, corporate security, and third-party vendors to recover vehiclesManage multiple accounts at once while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and follow-throughWhat You Bring:Background in collections, customer service, or high-volume call environmentsAbility to think critically, investigate, and solve problems independentlyStrong communication skills with a professional and confident approachComfortable navigating multiple systems and keeping detailed, accurate recordsHighly organized with strong time management and follow-up skillsPrevious experience in rental, automotive, or asset recovery environments is a plusBilingual skills are a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
