A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.POSITION SUMMARY: The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for a wide variety of duties that include customer service & ensuring best field practices when conducting HVAC duties. The HVAC technician will perform skilled technical work in the maintenance, repair, replacement, startup & installation of heating, air conditioning/refrigeration equipment, controls and ventilation systems. Competitive salary & benefits are offered.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Assist company in maintaining, growing & developing customer baseContinuous learning on the products the company installs and services(Technician) Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience & HVAC Journeyman licensingEPA CFC requiredHigh school diploma or G.E.D. requiredValid driver's license is requiredVRF/VRV experience is a plusESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systemsInstall replacement parts for existing units according to OEM specifications and established safety guidelines outlined by company & OSHAMaintain accurate and timely paperworkEffectively communicate with the Service Manager, all other employees, customers & contractorsFollow all safety practices and adhere to all safety related policiesMake recommendations to clients to improve operation of existing systemProvide accurate and timely communications to internal and external clientsRespond to emergency callsListen to clients and build value with client concerning their needs and company services offeredDemonstrate initiative in servicing clients and maintaining positive client relationsMaintain vehicle, tools and equipment for the purpose of ensuring availability in safe operating condition.
