Job Summary Bright Eyes Early Learning Center is a small business in Cape Elizabeth, ME. We are professional, rewarding and our goal is to provide a fun, safe, learning environment for all of the children under our care with a focus on the Montessori learning method. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and supervision of children, engaging in activities that promote learning and development, and creating a stimulating environment that encourages positive social interaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential. Responsibilities Provide a safe and secure environment for children. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities for children. Provide meals and snacks for children. Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the facility. Maintain records of attendance, activities, and behaviors of children. Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress. Maintain a clean and organized environment.
