We’re currently seeking a highly motiv ated Manager of ORAT and Stakeholder Outreach located in Denver, CO . CMTS is seeking an experienced Manager of Operational Readiness and Airport Transition (ORAT) and Stakeholder Outreach. This position will partner with stakeholders regarding design and construction activities as well as coordinating and executing ORAT activities for the Special Projects Team with a focus on the Great Hall Program. The Stakeholder Manager will report to the Director of Stakeholder Communications. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring buy-in on design and construction activities from all airport partners and creating a seamless and efficient transition for various airport projects. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Airport or Operations Management, Business Administration, or relevant field Required Qualifications: In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities. Must have five (5) years of experience in stakeholder communications and ORAT (project management/planning) Proven track record of managing large-scale projects Excellent communication skills; strong written and oral presentation abilities Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships in a highly engaging manner Strong project management and planning skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines Dynamic and detailed-oriented Self-starter with problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful Experience with vertical construction and renovation of an occupied facility Proven ability to support the management of move logistics Demonstrated experience with construction closeout and turnover of owner spaces Experience working with multiple stakeholders on various projects concurrently Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry best practices Responsibilities: Key responsibilities will include: Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive ORAT plans for airport projects, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and goals. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a smooth transition. Transition Management: Support the management of move logistics from pre-planning to turnover. This specifically includes coordinating the necessary logistics for technology as well as operational and office equipment. Will complete the processes for closeout and turnover of owner spaces. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the airport transition and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues to minimize disruptions to airport operations with project-specific stakeholder working groups. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Collaborate with airport partners to gather input, address concerns, and ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach to design, construction and ORAT. Training and Simulation: Coordinate and support training programs and simulations to prepare airport staff for the transition. Ensure that all team members are well-equipped to handle their roles during the transition period. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ORAT activities, including progress reports, issues logs, and lessons learned. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all aspects of the airport transition meet the highest standards. Conduct post-transition evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Required skills and abilities: Proficient with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel and BlueBeam Revu Salary: $60.00 - $84.00 Per hour Bonus Pay: A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
