A company is looking for a Technician Supervisor Remote Service.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and educate Remote Service Technicians on testing, diagnostics, and repair of products via remote platforms
Schedule field support Technicians and assist in completing work orders and documentation
Monitor Technician performance and productivity, ensuring high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma/GED
2-4 years of Call Center Experience
Advanced understanding of enterprise software and diagnostic protocols for equipment
Minimum of five years of experience in CRT or related fields, with supervisory experience
Valid State Driver's License with a safe driving record
