We strive to continuously provide superior service and craftsmanship to our customers while fostering a sustainable future for all employees.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a skilled and motivated Metal Refinisher to bring their talent and craft to our expanding markets. As a refinisher, you’ll be using your expertise in buffing, stripping, sanding, masking, filling, spraying, oxidizing, and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for following work order instructions and Lead Foreman directions to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards and in a timely mannerWorking with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power toolsFollow all safety and OSHA related protocols, including the use of company vehiclesSuccessfully complete all required safety and training modulesWork nights (generally 4/5pm – 2/3am) with flexibility to work occasional days or weekendsOccasion out of town travel (in company van, with daily per diem allowance individual hotel)QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or G.E.D preferredCurrent and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving recordEffective communication skills – both written and verbalComfortable with heights and working in confined spacesAbility to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb and carry equipment up to 60lbs unassistedPainter or spraying experience of any typeHigh level of attention to detail/cleanlinessCompensation BenefitsPaid Vacation and additional Paid HolidaysHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany-paid life insurance, with voluntary life ADD insurance optionsVoluntary Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k)Service AwardsPaid Training advancement programsMASS is a Federal Contractor and is an Equal Opportunity Employer including Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities.
