This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of auto body repair operations while ensuring the highest level of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Benefits & Compensation Competitive pay Training and professional growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, Dental, Vision Disability, Life, Accident, and Cancer Insurance Paid Time Off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Key Responsibilities Oversee and inspect all auto body repair work to ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met Verify insurance coverage and approved repairs for customers Document completed work and manage the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies Forecast departmental goals and objectives and drive performance to meet them Collaborate effectively with all dealership departments Partner with the Service Manager to ensure timely parts availability Prepare and manage the annual operating budget for the body shop Hire, train, coach, motivate, and evaluate body shop employees Schedule and direct daily activities of all body shop staff Provide technical support and guidance to technicians Conduct regular team meetings to improve communication and efficiency Monitor payroll and labor costs Establish, enforce, and monitor customer service guidelines Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Develop pricing policies that balance profitability, customer loyalty, and operational costs Attend management meetings as required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Valid and clean Wisconsin Driver's License Previous auto shop or collision center experience preferred Strong leadership and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Heiser participates in E-Verify.
