Responsibilities:Responsible for general ledger, intercompany entriesPreparation of month end closePreparation of monthly consolidated financial statementsMonthly and quarterly research, track, and document GAAP compliance for revenue related items such as ASC 606Post journal entries, review general ledger accounts, and reconcile balance sheet accountsSupport accounts payable and assisting with auditsPrepare and review monthly/ quarterly/yearly fluctuation analysis over income statement, balance sheet and cash flowResearch technical accounting issues and draft accounting position memos as necessaryAssist with M&A transactionsRequirements:Senior Accountant with 4-5 years of accounting experienceCPA, public/private experienceWorking knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 842Experience in Tech/SaaSNetSuite or Intacct experience preferred
