Client Service AssociateMcCrossan & Associates - Mesa, AZA private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC McCrossan & Associates is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to delivering a high-quality client experience while supporting the advisors with the day-to-day operational needs of the practice. The Client Service Associate will work closely with the advisory team to manage client service requests, coordinate meeting preparation, and ensure all operational and administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industryKey ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, responding via phone, email, and in person Prepare client meeting agendas, documents, and follow-up summariesMaintain and update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) systemCoordinate scheduling and confirm client appointments Assist with account openings, transfers, and service-related transactionsProcess check deposits, incoming mail, and required paperworkTrack outstanding items such as planning documents, tax forms, and required signaturesSupport advisors during client meetings and document follow-up action items Ensure client files are organized and maintained in compliance with regulatory standardsAssist with estate settlement processing and related applicationsProvide general operational and administrative support to the advisory team Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate brings a strong client service mindset, attention to detail, and an interest in growing within the financial services industry. Qualifications include: 1-3 years of experience in a client service or administrative support role (financial services experience preferred) Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Comfort working with confidential client information and regulatory processesAbility to deliver a high level of client service and maintain professional client relationships Career Growth OpportunityThis position offers an opportunity to build a career within the financial services industry.
