Construction Supervisor

Job Description Seeking qualified candidates with experience in residential construction with knowledge of slab foundations, block/masonry and frame/carpentry. Superintendent will be responsible for managing, scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing slab, block, and frame subcontractors. Will perform daily quality controls to ensure construction meets or exceeds building standards. Will work directly with builders, subcontractors, and other vendors/trades.Requirements:Ability to read blueprintsMust be able to monitor and direct multiple projects at one timeAbility to identify slab, block, frame deficiencies and resolve on siteBe able to work indoor, outdoor and in all climatesMust be detailed oriented and be able to adapt to changes in work environment.Physically lift up to 100lbsMust have working vehicle and travel to jobsites as assignedBilingualWilling to travel within Hillsborough and neighboring countiesMeet insurance requirements for personal vehicle usage
