Job DescriptionRoll Process Operator Looper Production Location Auburn IN Company FXI Inc Job Type Full Time Shift First 500am to 130pm 17.00 per hour Position Summary FXI Inc is seeking a Production Operator to package compress and process foam roll stock to customer specifications in a manufacturing environment This role supports production flow inventory accuracy and quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on safety Key Responsibilities Package and identify peeled convoluted and slit roll stock Operate roll compressors and convoluters and wrap product in poly Change poly on machines as needed Maintain organized workflow and accurate inventory Complete production reports and daily and monthly inventories Perform visual inspections and set aside nonconforming materials Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to follow written oral and diagram based instructions Practical problem solving and attention to detail Physical Requirements Lift 11 to 50 lbs independently and up to 80 lbs with team lift Frequent pushing pulling and lifting Ability to climb ladders and work on elevated platforms when needed Work Environment and Safety Temperature controlled manufacturing facility Moderate noise level Lockout tagout training forklift certification and PPE required Quality Expectations Follow all SOPs and work instructions Use measurement tools ruler caliper tape measure to verify product #Auburn Meet Your RecruiterlmelchiLocally-owned since 1986, Pro Resources is an employment services firm specializing in short-term, long-term and direct hire staffing in the Industrial, Clerical and Professional job markets.
