RF Test Engineer

The candidate will support the execution of product development with a specialization in wireless technology for both sustaining and new product development. Candidate would work as part of a highly integrated, very experienced team, in a dynamic environment that may occasionally involve working on more than one project simultaneously. Responsibilities Support day-to-day test lab activities Troubleshoot and isolate test system issues Help separate test-setup issues from product issues Interface with the design team to implement new test requirements Analyze test data Desired Specific Skills & Experience A Must: Familiarity with BLE and 2.4GHz band FCC regulations Understanding of antenna lobe patterns and matching as related to antenna placement within a system Link Margin analysis Design of test protocols Spectral analysis Vector Network analysis Noise measurement and EMC chamber testing Ability to do RF impedence matching Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word…) Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Pro-active, creative, and collaborative problem solver Possesses a team-oriented attitude and takes personal-pride in team success Excellent communication and organizational skills Familiarity with a typical product development process Highly Desired: Previous medical device product development experience. Desired Education & Experience Level Bachelor of Science in related field Desired work experience is 5 or more years.
