Service Scheduling Coordinator Location: Remote (must be based within reasonable driving distance of an office in CT or MA) Employment Type: Full-Time About The Role We are seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for an AV integration company with operations across the Northeast . This role is primarily remote and is heavily focused on scheduling, coordination, documentation, and communication—not hands‑on technical work.This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional who is comfortable supporting field teams and managing multiple moving parts. Experience scheduling or coordinating AV service or installation work is a significant plus , but the role is fundamentally administrative in nature. Key Responsibilities Act as an administrative point of contact for incoming service requestsCreate, update, and manage service tickets and work ordersCoordinate scheduling and assignment of technicians and subcontractorsMonitor open service activity and follow up to ensure tasks move to completionSupport preventative maintenance and recurring service schedulingCommunicate professionally with internal teams, field personnel, and vendorsMaintain accurate documentation, notes, and status updates in internal systemsAssist with basic service agreement and renewal coordination What We’re Looking For Strong organizational and administrative skillsClear, professional written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong follow‑throughComfortable working independently in a remote settingProficient with standard office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) Highly Preferred (Major Plus) Prior experience scheduling or coordinating AV service or AV installation workExperience supporting field technicians or subcontractorsFamiliarity with ticketing or work‑order systems (training provided if needed) Why This Role Primarily remote, admin‑focused positionStable coordination role supporting field operationsOpportunity to leverage AV scheduling experience without being a technical role Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
