Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA III) to support enterprise database environments, application modernization initiatives, and critical database operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database administration, database design, performance tuning, migrations, upgrades, security, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
The candidate will work with full-stack Java applications hosted on cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS within an Agile (Scrum) environment. This role will focus on database optimization, Oracle-to-Azure SQL migrations, data transformation, performance monitoring, and maintaining highly available and secure database environments.
The successful candidate should have strong experience supporting complex enterprise applications, creating logical and physical data models, troubleshooting database issues, and implementing database standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced database administration activities for enterprise applications with complex data models, workflows, and reporting requirements.
Design, implement, maintain, and optimize Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Perform database migrations from Oracle applications to Azure SQL schemas and collections.
Convert Oracle Stored Procedures and Functions to Azure SQL.
Perform database performance tuning, indexing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Analyze database performance bottlenecks and implement monitoring solutions.
Manage database installations, upgrades, patching, and configuration activities.
Implement database security best practices including data protection, access control, and compliance requirements.
Support disaster recovery planning, backup, recovery, replication, and secondary site operations.
Manage clustering, high availability, and load-balancing solutions.
Perform data migration, transformation, conversion, purging, and archival activities.
Create and maintain logical and physical data models.
Develop and maintain technical and functional database documentation.
Support Agile development teams during application development, testing, and production deployments.
Work with multi-tier applications including SOA, Microservices, and 3-tier architectures.
Support ETL processes and data integration activities.
Assist with database policies, governance standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with application teams to ensure database integrity, availability, and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of database administration experience.
8+ years of experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
8+ years of experience with relational database administration.
8+ years of experience in database design, analysis, and performance tuning.
8+ years of experience working with database structures, data analysis, and optimization.
8+ years of experience designing enterprise applications and services.
8+ years of experience creating technical and functional design documentation.
8+ years of experience working within Agile software development life cycles (Scrum preferred).
8+ years of experience with multi-tier application architectures including SOA, Microservices, and 3-tier applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-volume databases, high availability, and disaster recovery environments.
Experience working with Azure cloud environments.
Experience with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and migrating data into Azure SQL.
Experience with DevOps technologies including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment tools.
Experience with Java/J2EE enterprise development environments.
Azure certifications preferred.
DBA Associate certifications preferred.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst II specializing in Infor CloudSuite ERP Procurement modules to support enterprise ERP initiatives, business process improvements, and implementation activities. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Infor Lawson / Infor CloudSuite environments, procurement processes, ERP implementations, and stakeholder collaboration.
This role requires experience working with business teams and implementation partners to gather requirements, validate solutions, support testing activities, and ensure successful ERP adoption. Candidates should have strong analytical, documentation, communication, and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an internal subject matter expert for Infor CloudSuite Procurement modules.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and implementation partners.
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
Lead design discussions and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Review future-state designs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Evaluate implementation partner solutions and recommend improvements when needed.
Document configurations, business rules, process flows, gaps, and project risks.
Develop and maintain test strategies, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist with data migration activities and perform data validation.
Develop training materials, job aids, and user documentation.
Conduct training sessions and support end-user adoption.
Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Identify project risks, data issues, and escalate concerns to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience working with Infor Lawson / Infor CloudSuite ERP environments.
Strong functional knowledge of Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
Experience with procurement processes including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor management, and invoice processing.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.
Strong business analysis experience including requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA), ION integrations, and workflow automation.
Experience supporting ERP testing cycles including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience collaborating with implementation partners and cross-functional business teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation.
Experience with reporting tools such as Birst, Cognos, or Spreadsheet Designer is a plus.
