We’re expanding our team and looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) who shares our commitment to professionalism and exceptional service. About the Role The CSR is the first voice our customers hear and a vital part of keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll interact with homeowners and business clients, coordinate service visits, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain accurate records—all in a friendly, professional manner.
