We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and takes pride in keeping everything organized, aligned, and moving forward. Whether working in-office, in a hybrid arrangement, or remotely, this role is essential to the success of our team and the clients we serve. This is not a passive administrative role. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining accurate filing systems for both electronic and hard-copy documents. You will complete and manage discovery forms to support the litigation process. Finalize pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and readiness for filing or delivery. Research and assist in the implementation of software programs that enhance firm operations. Track and update case status information using Excel and other tools to ensure clear case oversight. Qualifications: What We're Looking For 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary in a civil litigation firm (Federal and California court experience preferred). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice management systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a dynamic legal environment.
