Quality Coordinator Reports to: Quality Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Summary: The Quality Coordinator at Wecom Fiber plays a key role in supporting quality management, coordinating quality assurance activities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards in telecommunications and fiber operations. Leveraging expertise in quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC), the role will contribute to maintaining high-quality telecommunications and fiber services and processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs, policies, and procedures specific to telecommunications and fiber operations to meet industry standards and customer requirements. Support quality audits, inspections, and assessments of telecommunications and fiber products, processes, and services to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate telecommunications and fiber quality control measures, quality checks, and quality assurance documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and customer service, to address telecommunications and fiber quality issues, drive corrective actions, and improve quality outcomes. Assist in analyzing telecommunications and fiber quality data, metrics, and feedback to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, contributing to quality enhancement initiatives. Support telecommunications and fiber quality training programs, quality awareness campaigns, and quality improvement projects to promote a culture of quality excellence within the organization. Participate in telecommunications and fiber quality meetings, quality reviews, and process evaluations, providing insights, recommendations, and action plans for continual quality enhancement. Assist in conducting telecommunications and fiber quality inspections, audits, and process validations to ensure adherence to technical specifications, standards, and customer expectations. Utilize quality assurance tools, quality management software, and telecommunications and fiber quality metrics to track quality performance, monitor defects, and drive quality improvements. Support telecommunications and fiber quality control activities, quality testing, and quality assurance checks to validate product integrity, reliability, and compliance. Collaborate with telecommunications and fiber engineering teams to perform root cause analysis, quality risk assessments, and quality improvement projects to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. Assist in telecommunications and fiber quality documentation, quality reports, and quality records management to maintain accurate quality data, compliance documentation, and quality assurance records. Ensure adherence to telecommunications and fiber industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices in all quality coordination activities to uphold quality excellence and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field; or 3+ years of experience as a Quality Coordinator in the telecommunications and fiber industry. Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, quality control, and quality management within telecommunications and fiber operations, with a focus on process improvement and quality enhancement. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to support telecommunications and fiber quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement activities. Effective communication, teamwork, and coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement quality programs, and ensure quality compliance in the telecommunications and fiber sector. Certification in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, or related areas specific to telecommunications and fiber services is beneficial. Proficiency in quality management tools, quality assurance methodologies, and telecommunications and fiber quality systems to support quality coordination efforts effectively.
