Senior Change Management Consultant

Project OverviewA global organization is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant (Sr. CMC) to support a large-scale Global Business Services (GBS) transformation initiative. This consultant will partner closely with the Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE), project teams, and senior business stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and business readiness across a complex global environment.The ideal consultant is a seasoned change management professional with experience leading organizational change initiatives within large, matrixed organizations. This individual must be comfortable operating independently, influencing senior leaders, and managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Change Management CoE, project teams, and key stakeholders to support enterprise-wide transformation initiativesDevelop and execute integrated change management strategies and plans aligned to project goals and business outcomesAssess organizational impacts and identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across global functions and teamsCreate and manage core change management deliverables, including: stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, communication plans, training and readiness plans, change adoption and reinforcement strategiesProvide executive coaching and sponsorship support to senior leaders and key stakeholdersDevelop engaging communication and awareness-building materials that support leadership alignment and employee engagementBuild, manage, and support Change Agent or Change Champion networksMonitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics, adjusting plans as programs evolveFacilitate governance discussions and communicate progress, risks, and updates to steering committees and leadership teamsCoordinate updates across multiple initiatives and consolidate information for broader program governance and reporting activitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to manage global and functional interdependencies across initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field6+ years of experience leading or supporting large-scale organizational change initiativesProven experience developing and executing enterprise change management strategies and plansStrong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExperience creating and managing change management deliverables, including impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training plansExceptional written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in a related fieldChange Management certification preferred (Prosci, ACMP, Kotter, or similar)Experience supporting global transformation or Global Business Services (GBS) initiativesExperience working within highly matrixed, multinational organizationsFamiliarity with governance structures, executive reporting, and enterprise transformation programsThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility global transformation initiative while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive meaningful organizational change.Start Date: June 15Duration: Through December 20, 2026, with possibility of extensionHours: Full-time hours with flexibility based on project needsLocation: Remote / VirtualTravel: Minimal or TBD based on business requirementsThe pay range for this is $58.00 to $62.00 per hour on a W2 basis.
