The HR Service Center Partner I is responsible for acting as a HR support partner to the network via the utilization of human resource information systems, knowledge base management, and case management for HR Shared Services to interpret, complete complex data entry activities, and ensure data integrity within HR technology solutions, as well as provide quality internal customer-focused support within service level agreement expectations.WHAT YOU GET TO DOReview employee data forms and reports, interpret entry requirements and complete complex data entry in HR technology solutions with accuracyRespond to all employee, manager, or HR inquiries via email and phone utilizing a case management toolEngage with HR team members of focus areas to continually grow knowledge and receive/provide feedbackAchieve resolution of cases at rates which meet or exceed established metric standards and service levelsAudit employee data to ensure accuracy and data integrity exists in all HR systemsRespond to report requests from standard data pulls to customizations when appropriateFollow the established escalation path to support and resolve complex inquiriesBuild knowledge of assigned specialty space to be a subject matter expert to Service Center peers in assigned scope of supportPartner with Lead and HR team members responsible for assigned specialty space in building new and improvement of processesMaintain basic knowledge of all HR plans and program designsResponsible for creating and updating team process and employee resource documents for assigned specialty spaceContinue to advance Amcor business knowledge in and outside of HRContinuous process improvements to further gain efficiencies in focus areasEnsures all activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory guidelines (i.e. AA, EEO, FLSA, ADA, etc.).WHAT WE VALUETeamwork with peers and the broader HR team across all supported business unitsExceptional value-added support to exceed our internal customers' needs aligned to their successEnergy and passion with an eye towards continuous improvement in self and processDetail-oriented with excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to respect and maintain confidential informationSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working on own initiatives with limited supervisionMaintains a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in team environmentProven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy, and with highly confidential or critical dataStrong customer service skills and ability to communicate (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization, both internal and externalWHAT WE WANT FROM YOUBachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources1+ year of experience in Human ResourcesBasic knowledge of the principles, practices, and infrastructure of Human Resources OurExpectations We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
