DescriptionEarly Intervention & Social Skills Special Education TeacherOn-Site - Dublin, CA$71,000 - $80,000 per yearBring Out the Extraordinary in Every ChildThe School of Imagination is a premier inclusive early childhood program serving neurodiverse learners through integrated education and multidisciplinary intervention.We are seeking an Early Intervention & Social Skills Special Education Teacher to support toddlers and preschool-aged children across two dynamic, inclusive learning environments.This is a full-time, on-site leadership role in Dublin, CA.About the RoleMorning: Early Intervention (Ages 18 Months-3 Years)Lead a developmentally appropriate early intervention classroomConduct developmental assessments (e.g., DAYC-2)Develop and track individualized developmental goalsWrite comprehensive progress reportsCoach caregivers to support skill generalizationCollaborate with SLPs, OTs, BCBAs, and classroom staffAfternoon: Inclusive Social Skills Programming (Ages 4-6 Years)Lead small-group social skills instructionDesign curriculum supporting communication, regulation, and peer interactionAdapt instruction for diverse learners within a group settingMonitor progress and maintain consistent family communicationLeadership ResponsibilitiesSupervise and mentor Associate and Assistant EducatorsConduct performance evaluations and provide coachingSupport onboarding and ongoing professional developmentEnsure compliance with State Licensing, safety, and health standardsFacilitate team meetings and support operational excellenceQualificationsRequiredBachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development or Special Education (required)Minimum 12 ECE unitsMinimum 2 years of independent classroom leadership experience in an inclusive, early intervention, or special education settingExperience conducting developmental assessments and writing progress reportsStrong understanding of child development and best practices for supporting diverse learning needsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferredMaster's DegreeCalifornia Special Education credentialMust pass TB test, criminal background check, and maintain current First Aid and CPR certification.Physical RequirementsLift up to 40 lbsSit on floor for up to 30 minutesBend, kneel, and climb stairsWork in a moderate to loud classroom environmentPay Range
