Cleaning Supervisor

Job Overview We’re seeking a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead and motivate our commercial cleaning teams onsite. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily cleaning operations at assigned client locations Train, coach, and motivate cleaning staff to maintain high standards Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits Address client feedback and resolve service issues promptly Ensure all cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and company policies are followed Manage schedules, shift coverage, and timekeeping for cleaning staff Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks during peak periods or staff shortages Prepare daily/weekly performance reports for management Ideal Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices Reliable, punctual, and professional Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage or salary (based on experience) Opportunities for overtime and advancement Paid training and ongoing professional development Company-provided uniforms and equipment Health and wellness benefits (if eligible) Work Environment Onsite supervision at various client locations (local travel required) Mix of administrative duties and hands-on cleaning Fast-paced, team-oriented, and customer-focused Ready to lead a team and make a visible impact?
