Aquatics Swim Team TransportSupervise and ensure the safety of children as they transition and travel between Youth Programs and Swim Team activities.The Aquatics Swim Team Transport supports the Swim Team program by supervising children as they travel to and from Swim Team. This role ensures children are safely escorted from their program groups and supervised during transportation. The position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, organized, and positive swim Team experience for all participants.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure children are ready for Swim Team activities in a timely manner.Support the flow of participants from waiting areas to the pool deck during Swim Meets.Support the overall flow of activities during swim meets.Communicate any concerns, incidents, or behavioral issues to aquatics leadership.Direct supervision of participants while they are waiting to compete is not the responsibility of the Swim Team Transport Team Member.Safety & ComplianceMaintain continuous supervision of children throughout all transitions.Follow all organizational safety procedures and aquatics policies.Minimum QualificationsAbility to supervise and positively interact with groups of children.Responsible, attentive, and safety-focused.Strong communication and organizational skills.Certifications & RequirementsCPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).Successful completion of background checks.Must be at least 16 years old.acac is an equal opportunity employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.Other dutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
