To achieve this, we are seeking an AI-Native Java Developer to join our Transformation RealizedTM Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY's Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Cloud & DevOpsTo qualify for the role, you should have Education & Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology/Systems or other related field Between 3 to 6 years related work experience Experience implementation software following agile methodologies Technical Skills Service Oriented environments and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring, Spring MVC,) Implementing cloud-native microservices Source code management, continuous integration and automated deployment Knowledge of securing applications, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
Very good knowledge of SQL and DBMS Knowledge of clean code and unit testing Strong communication skills Excellent English language verbal and written communication AI Engineering Skills Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent platforms. Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and identify functional, architectural, security, and performance issues. Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-native development workflows. Experience incorporating agentic AI into engineering practices and team delivery processes.
