The perfect candidate would be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is easily adaptable, is extremely detail oriented, and is excellent at multi-tasking.Reporting RelationshipsReports to: Area ManagerDirect reports: Team members, up to 10 hourly employees.Objective AndReinforce our lean vision and DuraMark values Provide coaching to team members to help them become technically competent Take care of your team members (payroll, safety audits, tiered meetings, and recognition) Deliver to your customer (create schedules, coordinate team(s), document issues and collect data for problem solving) Ensure standard work is being followed and improve standard work through use of lean tools and visual management Participate in the site wide continuous improvement process by being part of kaizen events that are held in your area on a regular basis Lead the tier 1 meeting for cell(s), attend and report out in the tier 2 meeting Audit your processes (standard work, safety and quality procedures, product routings and BOM, and material flow) EducationRole Requirements:High school diploma or GEDExperience1 to 3 years experience in Operations.
