Title: Program ManagerLocation: San Antonio,TXDuration: 12 MonthsJob SummaryThe Program Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the IAM assessment program.This role coordinates the work of the assessment pods, ensures consistency in approach, and monitors progress against defined milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day to day operations of the IAM assessment programCoordinate the work of the assessment pods and ensure consistency in approach and deliverablesMonitor the progress of the pods against the defined timeline and milestonesIdentify and manage program risks and issues, and escalate to the IAM Program Lead as neededProvide regular status updates to stakeholders and facilitate communication between the pods and the central teamRequired Skills And Experience5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the IAM or cybersecurity domainStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExcellent communication and coordination skillsFamiliarity with IAM concepts and best practicesRelevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL
