We partner closely with the broker community to help employers offer competitive benefits without unnecessary complexity.OverviewThe Administrative Assistant will support the sales team in servicing independent brokers marketing the Company's products, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. The role will facilitate critical processes throughout the entire new business flow on behalf of the Regional Sales Directors and Regional VPs.Note - this is an in-office position.ResponsibilitiesDeliver white-glove support to broker partners through the quoting and underwriting processMaster Company's product portfolio to best represent the Company in the marketplace and service the officeProvide feedback on the Company's processes to make the office more efficientData entry of quoting and underwriting informationEfficiently deliver requested quotes accurately and by agreed-upon deadlinesPerform in-depth paperwork reviews to ensure documentation for prospective clients and work with RSDs, brokers, and customers to obtain necessary information.Support a defined set of RSDs in a team environmentWork with other departments within the organization to advance the CompanyOther duties as assignedSkills and QualificationsProficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPointSelf-motivated - ability to work successfully without ongoing supervisionStrong time management and organizational skillsAbove-average attention to detailStrong customer service skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsHigh School Graduate or GEDFluent in EnglishExposure to health insurance is a plusThe pay range for this role is:
