This opportunity is a full-time on-site position at our Jeffersonville, IN headquarters location.

PharmaCord is seeking a highly motivated, experienced HR Coordinator who is eager to begin or continue their career in HR and has a knack for helping our employees with various benefit and policy requests, enjoys supporting recruitment efforts and wants to join the team as a brand ambassador for PharmaCord. You might just be the person we need if: you can demonstrate some HR knowledge; you can demonstrate excellent people skills; you have a reputation for being exceptional at organizing and prioritizing work; you possess strong verbal and written communication skills, have an ability to prioritize time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service!
A typical day in the life of the HR Coordinator will include the following:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Managing HR processes and activities to include; assisting with leave of absence administration, upkeep of employee files, responding to unemployment claims in a timely manner, special project work, etc.
Supporting recruitment activities to include; scheduling interviews, posting jobs, researching and creating job descriptions, offer letter generation, administering assessments, etc.
Supporting employee onboarding activities to include; benefits administration, payroll setup, answering new hire questions, etc.
Serving as a brand ambassador for PharmaCord by attending events and getting the word out about our various openings.
Managing personnel changes within our HR system and ATS recruiting system
Acting as a primary go to within HR for our employees

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required
6 months - 2 years of experience in HR role is preferred
Experience working in a professional environment working with confidential information is strongly preferred
Excellent understanding of Microsoft products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
We are located in Jeffersonville, IN. You must be willing to work in this area; PharmaCord does reimburse for tolls if applicable, at the frequent user rate. This rate is applied after 40 trips per month (valued at $678.60 per year)
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
This is a full-time exempt position.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
