Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are now seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Processing Account Manager to manage and develop the customer relationship for Tetra Pak’s Processing Solutions & Equipment business in the USA & Canada. In this position, you will be the key point of contact for the customer, not only looking to ensure that their operational issues are resolved in a timely manner but identifying their needs and delivering solutions to drive mutual growth.You will work with our customers in the Dairy, Food & Beverage and look for opportunities to sell our Solutions and grow our Market, while also promoting the Tetra Pak One Company approach with these accounts. We are looking for someone that can speak the technical language and drive to deliver a world class service experience.This position is remote within the United States of America, the ideal candidate lives in the Chicago area.What You Will DoDrives mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales and existing customers by driving a cross-functional team to build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long-term business opportunitiesResponsible for promoting Tetra Pak Processing technology and solutions, defining needs, and qualifying opportunities with existing and new accounts. Establish strategies and lead the implementation of the action plans towards Tetra Pak accountsDrives up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak's New Sales and Services portfolio within customers and ensures that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, meets competitiveness requirements and delivers a strong value proposition.Drives improved understanding of customers’ overall business and requirements and articulate customer needs across Tetra Pak organizationRecords and follows up on opportunities in a timely fashionParticipate to industry meetings and maintain a network of connections through social networking, industry events, etc…Support and guide the project engineering group and coordinates cross functional activitiesPrepares, delivers and follows up on quotations to customer expectationsEnsures that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customerHelps guide team members in regards to liquid food and dairy processing to secure that they match customer needsWe believe you haveProfile DescriptionWe believe you have A Bachelor’s degree is required, Engineering degree is preferredAt least 5 years of experience in the Food Processing IndustryWorking knowledge and experience of Food Processing engineering, Business and Sales ManagementAbility and desire to stay at the forefront of the industry with an understanding of the market and technology trendsA fluent and clear communicator in EnglishExperience of working with customers is requiredYou should also be:Inquisitive and a critical thinkerCustomer focusedAble to learn quickly and adapt to changeAble to travel up to 50% of the time.Pay EquityTetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.Ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within the range, individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Pak's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include overtime, annual performance bonus, competitive benefits, and work-related allowances. Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $132,000 - $188,400 Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 18% of ABS.
