Now Hiring: TSG Support Technician with Driving (12-Month Contract) 📍 Location: Midland, TX 79701🕓 Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Tuesday – Saturday)💰 Pay Rate: $25.15 – $32.55/hour📄 Duration: 12-Month ContractWe are looking for a TSG Support Technician to provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain computer and telecommunications systems. If you have strong desktop support experience and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities✔ Provide onsite technical support for hardware, software, and telecommunications systems.✔ Install, replace, and maintain computer equipment and software.✔ Perform software installations, upgrades, and system updates.✔ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.✔ Train end users on supported hardware and software applications.✔ Maintain inventory records and technical documentation.✔ Support technology infrastructure across multiple locations.✔ Travel to customer sites using your personal vehicle as required.✔ Participate in planned weekend upgrades and provide coverage when needed.Required Qualifications✅ Associate's Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's preferred).✅ CompTIA A+ Certification is required.✅ Strong experience with desktop/laptop hardware, software, and troubleshooting.✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.✅ Valid Driver's License and willingness to use a personal vehicle for business travel.
