Overview:
In this role you will support the Environmental, Safety, Health and Sustainability (ESHS) analytics program by turning pain points into data-driven solutions. You will build and maintain analytics pipelines, apply statistics and AI to performance metrics, and deliver dashboards that translate complex data into strategic insights. Collaboration with SMEs and AI teams drives adoption of data and AI initiatives within the ESHS organization. This is a chance to shape enterprise analytics and support sustainability goals with cross-functional impact. Responsibilities:
- Partner with ESH and functional SMEs to translate pain points into data-driven solutions
- Maintain data analytics pipelines supporting program management
- Apply statistics, machine learning, and AI to analyze performance and operational metrics
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to convert data into actionable narratives
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop and drive adoption of AI solutions
- Support the enterprise analytics strategy for ESHS and sustainability
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and predictive models
- Establish data governance standards, quality controls, and taxonomy for ESHS data
- Monitor performance metrics, provide executive insights, and recommend corrective actions
- Support the ESH Analytics Center of Excellence
Key requirements:
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in data querying and data wrangling (SQL, pandas)
- Proficiency in a scripting language (Python, R)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong data quality governance and exploratory data analysis
- Familiarity with machine-learning and AI solutions
- Strong written, visual, and oral communication; ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
