Job Summary
Raw Materials Data & Process CoordinatorQualifications
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data organization, reporting, and tracking tools. Automation experience is a plus.
* Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, systems, and digital tools.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded with excellent documentation skills.
* Strong listening skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with technical problem-solving tasks.
* Science or Engineering background preferred.
ResponsibilitiesRaw Material Documentation Management
* Collect, review, and organize raw material regulatory, technical, and sustainability documentation from suppliers and internal databases.
* Support chemists by providing raw materials required for formula development.
* Prioritize raw materials for review and updates based on regulatory requirements, business needs, and project timelines.
* Track progress and maintain visibility of outstanding documentation requests.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Global R&D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) teams to obtain, validate, and maintain raw material information.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Process Improvement & Digital Solutions
* Observe and understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
* Gather stakeholder input and translate business needs into actionable process enhancements.
* Advance digital, system, and process capabilities by:
* Creating, improving, and maintaining Excel-based tracking, reporting, and automation tools.
* Supporting the implementation and adoption of new software and systems.
* Developing simple, practical digital solutions that improve efficiency and data quality.
* Assisting with documentation, process mapping, and development of basic computer training materials as needed.
Preferred Background
* Bachelor's degree or educational background in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field preferred.
* Experience supporting R&D, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, or Product Lifecycle Management environments is a plus.
