Integration Engineer

Senior Integration Engineer – FHIRWe are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to join a US healthcare technology project.Contract details:• Initial six-month contract with potential extension• Fully remote• Must be available during EST working hours• US-based candidates strongly preferred• 1099 contractKey requirements:• Strong production experience with FHIR R4 and ideally SMART on FHIR• Experience integrating US healthcare payer and/or provider systems• Hands-on Python development experience• Knowledge of HL7, clinical data mapping, validation and secure API integrations• Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle/Cerner or Meditech• AWS and modern cloud infrastructure experienceExperience with Go, TypeScript, React, HTMX, Nix or CDKTF migrations would be advantageous.This is a hands-on senior engineering role requiring experience designing, building and supporting production healthcare integrations.To apply, please provide your CV, phone number and expected daily rate for a 1099 contract.
