Assembler/Production Associate

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Assembler/Production Associate positions in Skaneateles Falls, NY. The best part is you would be joining a winning culture with Adecco while on assignment with our customer and have access to all our Adecco Perks!Responsibilities:· Assemble and test medical devices and components using hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations· Prepare and organize kits, verify component accuracy, and maintain inventory levels to support production efficiency· Perform packaging and labeling of parts and assemblies, ensuring compliance with work instructions and shipment standards· Follow SOPs, conduct visual inspections, and escalate quality issues or defects to maintain product quality standardsRequirements:· High School Diploma or GED; ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications· Strong attention to detail with visual inspection skills to detect defects and ensure quality compliance (GMP standards)· Ability to lift up to 25-55 lbs., stand for extended periods (8-12 hours), and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment· Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing processes and production needsPerks:· Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:55 PM - 11:25 PM· Weekly paycheck· Pay: $21.40/hour· Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesThis role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.
