The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance engineering, automation, utilities, wastewater operations, MRO processes, and spare parts inventory management. Key duties include developing and implementing a comprehensive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) strategy, ensuring consistent product quality, and adherence to food safety standards. The role also involves leading and mentoring a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement, and managing safety, quality, and compliance.Applicants must have 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in maintenance and technical services within a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a total of 10-15 years in plant maintenance and manufacturing. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including experience with MRP/ERP systems, HACCP, food safety regulations, PLC systems, and automation. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies is essential, as is the ability to manage operating and capital budgets.
