As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services to deliver solutions that address critical infrastructure resilience and security, and data management issues and support the military mission, while reducing environmental impacts. We take our role seriously, as our efforts ensure our installations and assets are prepared in any operating environment, present and future.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of enterprise data governance policies, standards, and proceduresAssist in defining and documenting data ownership, stewardship, and accountability modelsHelp operationalize governance processes across business unitsSupport onboarding of datasets and systems into enterprise data catalogsAssist with metadata tagging, classification, and glossary alignmentHelp document data lineage and relationships between systemsAssist in identifying data quality issues and supporting remediation trackingSupport development and monitoring of data quality metrics and dashboardsHelp identify risks related to data accuracy, consistency, and completenessPartner with data stewards, system owners, and business teams to promote governance adoptionSupport working groups, governance boards, and data domain initiativesHelp translate governance requirements into practical business processesDocument governance workflows, standards, and best practicesSupport development of training materials and user guidanceAssist with system inventories and data asset documentationBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Public Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in data governance, data management, business/data analysis, data quality support, or information management.Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworksExperience working with data catalogs, metadata, or data inventories (academic or professional)Working knowledge of Excel and data analysis conceptsBasic SQL knowledge (preferred but not required)Experience documenting processes, standards, or workflowsAbility to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).
