Oregon Licensed Mechanical Engineer

A company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer - Nuclear Steam Supply System. Key Responsibilities Generate technical requirements and design parameters for modular advanced light water reactors (ALWR) Prepare and review engineering specifications, reports, and documentation related to NSSS components, systems, and structures Maintain and revise CAD models using Siemens NX and develop engineering drawings following ASME Y14 standards Required Qualifications B.S. degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, from an ABET accredited college or university Minimum of 8 years of relevant full-time engineering experience Professional engineer (PE) license is strongly preferred Extensive knowledge of engineering design and familiarity with engineering drawings per ASME Y14 standards Design experience with commercial nuclear components or BPVC Section III is highly desirable
