We also leverage our expertise in vacuum technology to provide unique, toxic chemical analysis products for emergency response, security, and environmental health and safety.Job DescriptionThe Supply Chain Planning Analyst & ERP Data Steward combines hands-on experience in supply chain planning and production processes (50%) and will be assigned to the SAP S/4HANA project team as a regional Data Steward (50%). The role supports both ERP transformation efforts and planning process improvement initiatives.This is not a traditional SAP support role. It is designed for a high-potential individual contributor who will learn and support planning processes, including demand, supply, and production planning, while contributing to a major S/4HANA implementation. You will gain exposure to SIOP and planning best practices while building foundational expertise in both systems and operations.Key Responsibilities50% – Functional Role: Planning & Production SupportSupport planning activities, including:Demand and supply planning inputsProduction scheduling supportData validation for planning accuracyAssist in improving data quality used in planning processesPartner with planning and manufacturing teams to understand how plans translate into executionSupport SIOP process activities and data preparationHelp track and analyze key metrics such as:Forecast accuracyInventory levelsService performanceAssist with scenario analysis and planning data insightsSupport efforts to improve planning tools and processesGain exposure to end-to-end supply chain planning workflows50% – SAP S/4HANA Data StewardshipSupport data integrity and process alignment within SAP as part of the S/4HANA transformationCollaborate with global governance teams to understand and apply standard processesAssist in data migration activities by analyzing current-state data and supporting plant readinessProvide hands-on SAP support including data uploads, validation, and troubleshootingSupport change management activities, including assessing impacts and assisting with implementationHelp create and maintain documentation for master data and business processesParticipate in system testing, validation, and implementation activitiesSupport training efforts to help end users understand processes and dataValidate reports and analytics to ensure data accuracy and proper contextQualificationsQualifications & Skills3–8 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related fieldExposure to SAP or planning systems (APO, IBP, or similar tools preferred)Basic understanding of planning concepts (forecasting, inventory, scheduling)Strong analytical and data skillsInterest in process improvement and systemsStrong communication and collaboration skillsSelf-motivated with a growth mindsetWhat Makes This Role CompellingExposure to planning, SIOP, and supply chain strategyHands-on role in S/4HANA implementationOpportunity to build analytical and systems expertiseClear path to grow into planning or supply chain leadership rolesAdditional InformationA reasonable estimate of the current range is: $85,000 to $110,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
